hi angels! if you're looking to get your dream body this summer, well this one is for you! here are three ab workouts that literally gave me a small waist+flat stomach+11 line abs!

this workout is literally heaven and gave me a smaller waist in one week! the only downside is that it has no breaks, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes alot easier!

i think everyone knows about the famous alexis ren ab workout, but it's famous for a reason! this is a killer 10 minutes workout that will give you results in a week (depends on how much belly fat you have) , it flattens the stomach and gives you abs. like daisy's workout there are no breaks and it may hurt your neck a little if you don't engage your core!!

and last but not least is this very underrated ab workout. it's a 15 minutes ab workout that makes your waist smaller and gives you a nice feminine ab look! i love it because it's like a two in one and there are breaks!
now that you guys have these, it's time to start working on that summer body! do these workouts 3-4 times a week for a month and trust me, your belly would look soo nice! btw, if you guys want a pilates version, let me know!

Alexis rens’ ab and butt workout ARE IT, they’re so short and effective. It’s been about a week of me doing them and the progress is insanee, definitely try if you want to tone. I love them.

Girl drop that workout routine 😭❤️❤️
Hii yes of course <3 I try to go to the gym 5x per week and I do 2 days of pilates(30 to 40 minutes) and 3 days of strength training/light weights. I do cardio for 40 minutes 5 days per week (treadmill incline 15 speed 3) in addition to the pilates and strength training. I try and go to a pilates studio and do a reformer class once a week and then the other day I’ll do a move with nicole class on youtube. For the other days I try and do a mix of butt/leg, abs, and arm workouts so I’ll do butt and abs one day, arm and legs the next etc etc. I like using light weights for arms or no weights, and ankle weights when I do butt and leg workouts. I have workout playlists on my youtube as well thats where I get most of my ab workouts and what not also love some of the arm workouts on there. Also loves alexis rens workout vids she does with Alo!! 💞 Sorry that was so long hahah i love talking about fitness hope that was helpful

day in the life
wake up at around 5am
get ready for school
-skincare and gua sha
-get dressed
PERFUME PERFUME PERFUME
-skin tint and brow gel
-hairstyle (half up or down or all down)
-make myself some coffee
or go to starbucks twice a week.(only)
- check my socials as I drink my coffee
try to listen to some calming music
7am: leave the house
then classes from 7:30 to 9:00
snack break: READ READ READ
then more classes
(pls focus and write notes)
then 12pm is lunch break
which means work work work
then 1 more class
& done @ 1:30pm
go to the gym @2pm sharp
1st we run (2 miles)
quick ab,arm,leg workout.

then sauna
then we cleanse the body
then we moisturize.
study @ 4pm
study

finish @ 5pm
then we meditate ladies and gentleman

my current routine ♡
8AM wake up and do my skincare
meditate and stretch
get ready
work work work
1PM lunch time
go outside, read, go for a walk
3PM back to work + online classes
8PM end of online classes
workout/stretch and shower
read, watch a movie, journal, meditate
be in bed by 12AM
how i meditate:
usually i'll just meditate on my bed, either sitting up with my legs crossed or laying down. but sometimes i like going outside and meditating on my garden. first i do a guided meditation (usually from the headspace app) and after i play a 528 Hz frequency, and i journal gratitude/affirmations or i visualize
my stretch and workout:
for stretching i focus on my legs, i sit down and put one leg straight forward, while trying to reach my feet. the 'train like an angel: ballet beautiful workout' works very well for this!
for my workout i like the 'alexis ren ab workout' and 'romee strijd 15min ab workout' youtube videos. if i don't feel like following a video i just do multiple straight crunches, side crunches, and bicycle crunches reps.
how i focus while studying:
when i do my school work i'll usually get 2 assignments done at a time. after ill take a small (about 15min) break to go outside or just stretch. this way when i work im fully concentrated but im never overworking myself

recommended workout routines? or youtube vids?
oooh!! i love running and pilates/yoga but i also do youtube at home workouts :) i’ve put some notes down on each one down below for you <3
1. running
• i use the Nike Run Club app (free!) for guided runs. this is good for pacing yourself (something i am very bad at 🙃)
• i usually run before doing some YouTube vids at home
2. pilates
• I love Move With Nicole and Yoga with Adrienne
• sometimes i just follow along with stretching videos too though ☺️
3. At Home Workouts
• omg there are so many youtubers
• i watch Elizabeth Chu, Daisy Keech’s hourglass ab workout and her butt workout, Alexis Ren’s 10 min ab workout, Gloria Song, Dadacafe and Momomi because her workouts are really short so they’re good if i feel lazy hehe
• sometimes I go to TikTok too and find some workouts there
• one small thing: some of the youtubers above don’t speak english but have subtitles. It can make ab workouts a little bit harder but they’re still good videos :)

What’s your workout routine?
i hate doing things by myself and without pressure so my fav things are those workout classes, like the HIIT ones or just any ab class / full body workout class. they r way more motivating and you can go with a friend too! i also have things to do in my bedroom/at the gym (ask a friend or make a friend at the gym to motivate yourself and do your workouts with) you don't need any equipment, just get a yoga mat, maybe some dumbbells and resistance bands later on if you want:
- interval sprinting on the treadmill (get the couch to 5k app, it builds you up until you run 5k in 30 minutes)
- alexis ren workouts !!!!
- the fiton app is free and has many great videos!! they also make you a plan depending what you want to do (e.g. increase flexibility/get toned/build muscle)
- do something every day, a ten to thirty minute workout (DO NOT over exercise yourself, that's a slippery slope into some bad habits so do what your body is able for and what will make you feel good). on a day of your choosing go for a walk or cycle outside as your rest day.
also make sure to stretch and eat something like a banana before workout. afterwards, stretch and drink a lot of water and eat something like an omelette, porridge, salmon, tuna. don't skip meals especially if you are exercising. speaking from experience, you will collapse and fall down the stairs. be safe!!!
hope this helps <3 when i was running and working out consistently my mental health was the best it had ever been, i was so much happier and healthier. i'm trying to get back into it now!! good luck xox
